Greece – Free shipping

Souliari Gold & Knife, in cooperation with the private courier company ACSand General Post, undertakes to send you, without any financial burden, the jewelry that you have chosen completely free of charge, regardless of the amount. In case the delivery of your order becomes impossible due to weather conditions or other unbalanced factors, we will contact you. Also, you should know that, in case of shipping to remote areas, you will be charged an additional cost (depending on the courier company you choose), which we will notify you after contacting you. Possibility of shipping from 1 to 5 working days. We inform you that in case of stock depletion, sending your order may take some extra time, which we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

-Orders within Greece are delivered Monday – Friday 09: 00-19: 00 and Saturdays 10:00 – 14:00
-If you wish to pick up from a Courier store you can mention it in the comments of the order.
-In case where the payment of your order was made electronically then it is necessary to show your police ID upon receipt of the parcel.

CYPRUS
Shipping with courier company, 1-5 working days. Free for purchases over 150 €, for smaller purchases surcharge 10 €.

COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU
Shipments are made with the Express Registered Airmail service, 3-7 working days. Free for purchases over € 200, for smaller purchases surcharge € 12. Alternatively, shipping with a courier company, 1-5 working days. Free for purchases over € 300, for smaller purchases surcharge € 15.

REST OF THE WORLD
Shipments are made with the Express Registered Airmail service, 5-15 working days. Free for purchases over € 200, for smaller purchases surcharge € 15. Alternatively, shipping with courier company Courier, 3-5 working days. Free for purchases over € 400, for smaller purchases surcharge € 25.

Customs Expenses for Non-EU Countries
Customs duties or other import costs are charged in non-EU countries. Our store has no control over these costs, nor can we give you a clear picture of whether you will end up being charged and by what amount, as customs policy varies considerably from country to country. In case the goods are kept at the customs, you will need to pay these fees, in order for your order to be released. You can, before placing your order, contact a customs office in your country.

Your order can not change delivery address once it has left our company.
All orders require signature from the recipient upon delivery.
In case the courier does not find you at the address you stated will leave you a notice note to contact him and arrange a new delivery time. Orders within Greece are delivered Monday – Friday from 9.00 am. until 8.00 p.m. (depends on delivery area)
In case you wish to receive your order from a courier store, you can mention it in the order details or contact us to inform you about the store closest to you.
You can specify a different delivery address in case your order is intended as a gift, upon completion of your order.
